Managing AI Overwhelm
This month we are talking about something a lot of us are feeling: AI overwhelm. With new tools, updates and possibilities coming at us constantly, figuring out what deserves our attention has become a full time job. Together with Francis Lacoste, we will explore how to navigate all that noise with a little more clarity and intention, followed by dedicated co-working time to put some of that clarity into action.
Meet Francis
Francis coaches CTOs and technical co-founders at startups. He helps them stop firefighting and start leading with clarity and confidence. Before coaching, he spent 15 years as an engineering leader, including 10 at Heroku and Salesforce, where he built high-performance remote engineering teams. A meditation teacher since 2020, he brings both technical rigor and practical wisdom to his approach to leadership.
